Located on the mezzanine floor, La Petite Dame is part of an elegant, historical villa which was originally the manor house of Antonio Cappelletto, the first estate administrator of the adjacent and bordering Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto.

It was also the place where the past Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti, a personal friend of the estate administrator of the Botanical Gardens, used to come to relax and recharge. For this reason, a bedroom and a bathroom in the villa were always reserved exclusively for the Prime Minister, with windows overlooking right La Petite Dame private garden!

The apartment consists of a bright living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed and an armchair which can be converted into a big, single bed to possibly accommodate a child as third guest (for babies it is possible to have a cot/small bed). Adjacent to the bedroom there is a walk-in closet for your clothes and a bathroom with shower, bidet and a large window.

The covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is a perfect place to relax outdoors and enjoy the view of the Petite Dame's private garden, of the mountains and of the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto.

The cozy garden is equipped with sun loungers, garden chairs, sun umbrella and a barbecue.

La Petite Dame is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by greenery, at walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, theatre, tourist attractions and services.

The lake is only 100 m away and the world-famous Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto are right bordering and overlooking the property, with entrance 50 m away.

100 m away there is a safe and panoramic cycle/pedestrian route that runs along the lake and easily connects La Petite Dame to beaches, restaurants, bars and the main attractions.

Only one minute walk away there is the embarkation point for spectacular lake cruises to the Borromean Islands and other tourist locations such as Stresa and Baveno, and only two minutes drive away there is the ferry boarding to the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore.
